Coach Lathrop



Steve Lathrop was born and raised in Omaha and has lived here all his life. He graduated from Creighton University, received a degree in business administration and a law degree. He knows Nebraska, it's people, and the values that make it so special. Steve has four daughters - Nicole, Rachel, Alison, and Maureen. He's been active in coaching Ralston girls softball and Mary Our Queen soccer teams for more than 10 years. He's been a member of St. Gerald Parish for nearly 20 years.

Steve is a Partner with the law firm of Hauptman, O'Brien, Wolf, Lathrop. Over the past 25 years, he has been a fierce advocate for workers, businesses, and consumers.

Steve Lathrop was elected to the Nebraska Legislature in 2006. He is the Vice Chairman of the Judicary Committee. Steve also serves on the Business & Labor Committee, Urban Affairs Committee, and Rules Committee.
