ID theft bill bound
for governor. (May 19th)
State lawmakers gave final approval Friday to an identity theft
protection bill that would allow consumers to freeze their credit
reports to prevent thieves from opening new accounts under their names.

who help kids drink. (May
17th) State senators
Wednesday voted 35-0 to give first-round approval to a
proposal that would hold adults liable for providing alcohol to
underage drinkers who cause damage, injury or death. Read more.
